Background:
Ronan Reid is Joint Managing Director of Dolmen Securities Ltd which he co-founded in 1995 with Paul McGowan.

The vast experience and respect he earned in the financial services industry during his career prior to 1995 equipped him with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for the establishment of a successful financial services company in Ireland.

In 1986 Ronan joined Bank of Ireland Group Treasury as a Bond Trader. From there he joined Montgomery Govett as an Investment Manager with responsibility for equity markets. In 1990, after spending a year working for ABN AMRO as an Institutional Equity Broker, he joined Wuerttembergische Portfolio Management Company (WPMC) as Managing Director. In 1992 he joined NCB where he established NCB Futures before leaving in 1995 to establish Dolmen Securities Ltd. Ronan is a graduate of University College Dublin where he obtained a B.Comm. in 1986

David Beaton joined Dolmen Securities through the merger of Dolmen and Butler & Briscoe Stockbrokers in 1998. Prior to the merger of the two firms David was a Partner in Butler & Briscoe, where he had responsibility for the firms trading on behalf of clients and was also responsible for private client and portfolio management. David was also involved in the issue of Government bonds to the market by the National Treasury Management Agency in his role of Assistant Government Broker, an area that in conjunction with his retail broking function provides David with a broad-based and experienced knowledge of the markets. David joined Butler & Briscoe in 1985 having obtained a Diploma in Business Studies, a Dipolma in Advanced Business Studies and a BSc. Management from Trinity College, Dublin.

Richard joined from Societe Generale Asset Management where he worked as part of the Multi-Manager UCITS Fund Launch Team based in both Dublin and Paris. He has wide experience in establishing a variety of UCITS Funds and most recently established the Dolmen Securities Green Effects Investment Fund which he currently manages.
Richard graduated from University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Business Studies and French.
